– We offer store credit or exchange only (no refunds).

Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our fine jewelry, all sales are final.
We are happy to offer a one-time complimentary cleaning within one year of purchase.

Received something damaged? We’re so sorry.
Please email us at support@monocrhome.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll take care of it.

Gifts from our ready-to-ship selection can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 business days.
